Room Hiring

Owing to Covid-19 restrictions, Room Hire is not currently available.

Dear friends of Bridport Quaker Meeting,

Thank you for being a hirer of space in our Meeting House in the past. We hope this new year finds you in good health and hopeful of being able to resume your work.

We have written to every hirer who had bookings with the Meeting House in the first quarter of 2020 to ask if you would kindly let us know by return of email to clerkb@bridportquakers.org whether you would be interested in hiring with us in 2021 when it is safe to do so; just an expression of your interest is requested at this time. We had hoped that we would be resuming hirings by now, but it seems we will have to be patient for a while longer. Once we have the Meeting House up and running again for Quaker activities we will contact you to firm up your requirements. In the meantime we are keeping our risk assessments up to date in line with government guidance and updating our conditions for hirers. We will also be using a new hirings administrative system which should have a number of benefits for our hirers.
